Please note that this apartment does not have an off-street parking spot. During the winter, parking bans may be called by the city and it will be your responsibility to be on alert and move your car to a city designated parking area or they may tow your car (most of the time this is during big snow storms but may be a few days later if they have to remove snow from the roads). So, if you have a car it is important to be aware of the parking situation.
