This was our favorite place on our trip. The room was clean and spacious. There is coffee provided downstairs and checking in was very easy. We walked everywhere as the location is amazing!

This Airbnb is right in the heart of Portland ME and is close to everything! It’s got a great aesthetic and was very comfortable for my wife and I to stay in. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here and visiting Portland.

We loved staying at the Morrill Mansion. It was so well maintained, beautiful on the inside, and had everything we needed. Katrina was extremely responsive helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

I can't say enough about Katrina's places. They're always a home away from home. This room may have been my favorite between the Park Street and the morrell mansion rooms that I've stayed in. Thank you for giving me another perfect little getaway. -Nate Mott

Katrina's place was perfect for our one-night stay. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautifully clean. We greatly appreciated having the two bedrooms, although I think this is changing. The bathroom is lovely with a radiant heat floor that feels wonderful. The neighborhood is centrally located and Katrina provides a very comprehensive list of restaurants and other information. It's one of the best appointed Airbnb's I've stayed in.

The hotel and really the whole neighborhood are so charming. Katrina was very communicative with check-in and check-out instructions. The room was in a quiet corner with a fully-stocked bathroom and a guide for local recommendations. The walls are thin as others mentioned- which is to be expected in an old, historic building- but I was only able to hear other people when they were in the hall. No noises from other rooms. Overall I really enjoyed staying here and plan to stay again the next time I come to Portland!

Katrina was a great host! Her clear and detailed instructions made it super easy to find the Air Bnb, and it was the perfect spot to stay in while exploring Portland. Katrina responded quickly to my messages and was accommodating, and I’d happily stay here again to enjoy even more of Maine!

Katrina responded quickly. She has a great book put together describing restaurants, etc. in the area. We appreciate her accommodation in allowing us to keep our car parked on the property after checkout to allow us to walk to breakfast. Having a parking spot was super convenient! The bed was comfortable too!

I had such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy while still being spacious. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail—from the comfortable bedding to the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the ideal spot for a getaway—whether you want to explore or just unwind. The host was also fantastic—super responsive, kind, and made the entire experience seamless. Check-in and check-out were easy, and we felt completely taken care of the whole time. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable place to stay!
