Inn at Park Spring 3 | Self Check In | Parking

Location, Location, Location! Welcome to The Inn at Park Spring! Formerly the Park Spring Bed & Breakfast, we recently dropped the breakfast to serve Airbnb guests near and far as a boutique hotel. ROOM 3: This moody room is offset by the ample sunlight that shines through the windows overlooking both Park and Spring Streets. A queen bed, small sofa, marble bathroom, and plants complete the room. One off street parking spot is included with the room, just one block away.

Good to know

This historic home was built in the early 1800s and has served many purposes. What started as a single family home turned into an antique store, then converted to a rooming house, morphed into a bed and breakfast in the 1980's, and recently dropped the breakfast to serve Airbnb guests near and far. The location of the Inn at Park Spring cannot be beat. We are located downtown, just a half mile walk to the center of the Old Port. Our neighborhood offers you a central spot located in the heart of the arts district, on the edge of the tranquil west end neighborhood, and just a stones throw to museums, art galleries, theaters, restaurants, shops, and bars. With just six guest rooms, our inn offers a peaceful stay, satisfying social guests or those seeking solace. Each private room, with private en-suite bath, is furnished with a queen sized bed, white noise machine, a reading chair (or couch depending on the room), and a mini fridge. Five guestrooms share the sitting room located on the first floor which has a coffee station and luggage nook for guests who need storage before and/or after check out. A Smart TV is provided should guests have their own streaming services. *no cable or streaming service is provided by the host* ***WINTER PARKING: If we should have a snow storm, the day after the storm, we are required to remove all cars from the parking area so it can be properly cleaned out. From 9am through 12pm cars must be moved. Closest street parking with no time restrictions is about a half mile away so its a good time to explore the sites downtown or in our neighboring cities! The host will message through the Airbnb website/app the day of snow removal and any car left in the parking area will be towed at your own expense***

We loved our stay at the inn - a 5 or 6 room inn in an 1880s building. The room's decor is fabulous, very contemporary. Our airy, well-lit room faced Spring Street and had comfortable linens and a couch. Located in Portland's West End, we were a short stroll to bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for something away from the rush of the waterfront, this is it! Most places we wanted to go to (Duckfat, Fore Street, Holy Donut) were within a mile walking distance. Portland is very walkable so this stay perfect. The neighborhood is quaint & picturesque, with beautiful trees & brick facades. The parking lot is a quick 3-5 minute walk away & tucked between buildings so I didn't worry about my car overnight. Inside, the room was bright & spacious - definitely bigger than a standard hotel room. With unique decor, small sofa, & Roku TV, we quickly settled in & felt at home. The bed was comfortable & bathroom had great lighting. The blackout curtains enabled us to sleep in on a sunny morning. Welcoming common area. The house is older but has been beautifully decorated to feel on trend. On that note, the warm water takes a bit of time to heat up but that was truly the only flaw. Katrina provided exceedingly clear directions to make check-in a breeze. Would stay again!
