We loved this perfect, beautifully decorated, spacious room! The building is an older apartment building with 3 floors (2 rooms on each) with a central shared kitchennette. It is located near lots of restaurants and is easy to find. Parking was convenient - right across the street in a separate lot. We would love to visit again!

This spot is perfect! Walking distance to so many places in Portland, comfy and clean, easy private entrance to come and go as you please. Katrina was quickly responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again, and hope to make another trip some day soon!

I absolutely loved my stay here!! So clean, great mirror for selfies, the double shower heads were incredible. There is a book in there was all the food options, things to do, day trip info. Finally an easy check-out process. There is now a bar open next door which fun and easy. If you want to stay out the chaos of Old Port and stay where there are more late night options for fun. I highly recommend this location. Would stay here again.

Adorable and cozy unit in the middle of Portland. Very walkable but we had a parking spot for our car for when we planned to drive to neighboring towns. Love the binder of recommendations Katrina provided with the distance in miles from the listing. Definitely would stay at any of Katrina’s units the next time we’re in the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the Skolfield Inn in Portland. Everything was exactly as described. The Inn itself is beautifully landscaped and located in a nice, safe neighborhood that’s convenient to restaurants and local attractions. Our room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was the perfect place for a relaxing night, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portland.

Katrina's place was fantastic. The building and unit were exactly as described and I could not have been more comfortable. My only issue was I wish I could have stayed longer :)

A very cozy room with a big bathroom, and nice accommodations. The area resides between the west end and park side, walkable to local cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. It was great going out for a walk and experiencing the old architecture of Portland, Maine!

We had a fantastic one night stay. The bed was so incredibly comfortable I thought about asking the host where they’d bought it! The room looks exactly like the photos. It was very private and quiet but walking distance to so many great places in Portland.

Katrina’s place was absolutely adorable – exactly as described and even better in person. It was impeccably clean, cozy, and in such a perfect location. Everything was walkable, which made getting around super easy. Katrina herself was wonderful – really responsive and accommodating, even with random little requests like letting me keep the parking spot an extra hour post checkout. It’s the small things like that that really make a stay stress-free and enjoyable. Would 10/10 stay again. Highly recommend!
