Place was Spotless and Clean. Very Close walking distance to the downtown waterfront and restaurants. Would definitely stay at this location again. Highly recommend. Place had private entrance and was quiet and peaceful.

What a gem! We loved this suite. Very comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Plenty of room. As stated it is on the top floor so there is a winding staircase. This was no problem for us. Location was great. We walked to many restaurants, shops, farmers market, coffee shops. Check in and communication was great.

We loved our stay at Katrina’s place! We were looking for an inn/B&B type style versus a large hotel chain, and this was the perfect spot! Our room was spacious and private. Clear instructions for checking in, and we loved having a parking spot! It was a walkable spot as well- about a mile to the Old Port, and even closer to get to some great restaurants!

Cute room with large and comfortable bath. Lovely sitting room for all guests where we enjoyed reading a book for an hour in the afternoon. Walked to dinner and breakfast through the quiet and architecturally inspired West End. Self check in was a breeze and having an off street parking spot was a nice luxury. A teriffic spot for a visit to Portland, especially if you’re seeking out dining options in the west end.

We loved our stay! Perfect for a weekend getaway. The suite was the ideal size with plenty of room to relax and spread out, and everything was incredibly well-appointed and comfortable. Great location a short walk or drive from amazing restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great time at the Morrill Mansion! Centrally located, secure parking spot, clean, very comfortable beds, and a lovely updated bathroom. Katrina gave us all of the information we needed to have an easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.

The Skolfield Inn was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway! It had everything we needed and was in a super convenient location. Parking was easy and Katrina was super proactive in describing parking options before our stay so that we had no worries. It was quite a warm few days when we visited and the floor AC unit struggled a bit, but overall we felt very comfortable, cozy, and right at home. Would recommend for any couple looking for a great place to stay in Portland!

The Skolfield Inn is very charming, with convenient off-street parking and a cute garden. The bed was super comfortable, and amenities were just as described. Katrina proactively communicated to ensure check-in was a breeze, and provided helpful recommendations for our stay. The surrounding neighborhood is super walkable and includes coffee shops, restaurants, and cocktail bars. Also, the Western Promenade park is right around the corner for elevated sunset views. Our stay was great - highly recommend!

A perfect - I mean PERFECT stay in Portland. The most walkable location, a beautiful room, very friendly host. Will gladly book again in the future. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel type of experience.
