What a gem! This lovely home, and the room we stayed in, was incredibly comfortable, beautiful, and perfect for our one-night stay. It was also quiet! We loved drinking coffee in the garden in the back and would happily return. Finally, reading through all of the exacting instructions was critical to the ease of our parking and entry experience—don’t skip the details!

The reviews I read before booking were accurate. The location was perfect for parking and walking everywhere. Katrina left a good local guide to fit everyone’s taste. We only had one day because we on our way up north for a wedding, but we could easily spend more time in Portland. I did appreciate past reviews warning about the how long it takes for the shower water to warm up, so I knew before hopping in and was fine with waiting for it to get hot. We loved our quick overnight and thought Katrina was a great host.

We had a great stay. Katrina was responsive and provided clear instructions, and we enjoyed reading through her binder of local recommendations and her story. The apartment was very cozy.

Katrina’s space was the perfect place for a short stay in Portland. Every restaurant or museum was either walkable or at most a $10 uber. The place was clean and cute! Some specifics: big closet with a mini fridge, controllable air conditioning, the bathroom was big and had plenty of towels and shampoo conditioner and body wash. The room is in a historic mansion too which was very cool to read about in her welcome binder. Would recommend!!

A beautiful, clean, bright space in a favorite part of Portland—out of the tourist fray but walkable to downtown, excellent restaurants, the water, etc. Katrina was open about the fact that we’d be able to hear the sounds of her kids/family living downstairs in this particular apt—and we did—but the quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) were quiet and Katrina couldn’t have been more welcoming/easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

If you love Portland as we do, this little hotel room had it all. A private entrance from the brick lined street, easy close dedicated parking, walking distance to all of downtown... it was a perfect fit and suited our needs for a fun overnight as a couple.

Had a great stay here! The room was very clean and we loved the look of it. Katrina’s instructions made everything so easy. The parking really came in handy and the location was great too. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Our one night stay at the Morrill Mansion was short but sweet! The host was proactive with communication, we were able to do self check-in easily late in the evening, the space was bright and clean, and the location was great. We walked in the morning to some of our favorite spots, including Tandem Coffee and the Holy Donut. Just a heads up some rooms come with off-street parking and some don't. Ours did not, but we had no trouble parking, but just be aware. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved this little boutique hotel! ❤️ It was perfect size and very private, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was super super clean! Would definitely stay again! 😊
